CD135 Antibody (FITC)
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to FITC which recognizes CD135 that belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family. It expressed in bone marrow cells. Receptor for the FL cytokine. Has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity. CD135 plays a role in cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation. CD135 is also important for lymphocyte (B cell and T cell) development.
