CD107a Antibody (APC)
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC which recognizes CD107a that is a type I integral lysosomal membrane glycoprotein and member of the LAMP family, It is expressed constitutively in the late endosomes-lysosomes in all cells. CD107a is also transiently expressed on the cell surface of degranulating cytolytic T cells.

Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. Intracellular and extracellular staining.
