Notch1 Antibody (APC)
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC which recognizes Notch 1 that belongs to the NOTCH family transmembrane receptors that play important roles in development and the determination of cell fate. It expressed in fetal tissues most abundant in spleen, brain stem and lung. Notch 1 has functions as a receptor for membrane-bound ligands Jagged1, Jagged2 and Delta1 to regulate cell-fate determination.
