TH257 is a potent (IC50’s = 238 nM (LIMK1) and 91 nM (LIMK2) ) and highly selective (no off-targets against 468 kinases) allosteric inhibitor of LIM kinase 1/2.1 It inhibited neurite outgrowth in N1E-115 cells in a dose-dependent manner.
