Potent and selective ATP-competitive inhibitor of protein kinase D (PKD) . IC50=3.2, 0.6 and 0.7 μM for PKD1, 2 and 3 respectively. Inhibits phorbol ester-induced PKD activation in LNCaP prostate cancer cells. Cell permeable.
