PhaseShield™ Gel Tubes (Heavy) are pre-filled with a high-density inert gel that forms a stable barrier between the aqueous and organic phases during centrifugation. They simplify phenol-chloroform and TRIzol® extractions by separating the aqueous phase from organic solvents, proteins, and cellular debris for easier DNA or RNA recovery.
