Phospho-c-Jun/JunD (Ser73/Ser100) was detected in RAW264.7 lysate as a ~38-45 kDa doublet, consistent with JNK/MAPK-dependent multi-site phosphorylation of c-Jun and JunD that produces reduced-mobility bands on SDS-PAGE.
