Western blot testing of rat brain tissue lysate using the FRG1 antibody at 1:3000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. FRG1 antibody detects a single band at ~33-35 kDa. Although the calculated mass of FRG1 is ~29 kDa, published work and reagent data frequently show an apparent size in the low-to-mid 30 kDa range, likely reflecting phosphorylation-dependent mobility and nuclear enrichment.
