PALLD antibody detects a band migrating at ~125-135 kDa in the indicated cell lysates, consistent with the 140-kDa Palladin isoform. Minor gel-to-gel variation reflects phosphorylation-dependent mobility and cytoskeletal protein behavior. Lower fragments (when present) are attributed to regulated proteolysis.
