Anti-HAP40 Antibody
Our HAP40 rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from PhosphoSolutions is produced in-house. It detects mouse HAP40 and is antigen affinity purified. It is great for use in WB.
Product Specifications
Background
HAP40 is a 40-kDa Huntingtin-associated protein. It is likely to contribute to the function of normal huntingtin and is a candidate for involvement in the aberrant nuclear localization of mutant huntingtin found in degenerating neurons in Huntington's disease.
Synonyms
Coagulation factor 8 associated (intronic transcript), CpG island protein, F8A, Factor 8 associated protein, huntingtin associated protein 40, Factor 8 intron 22 protein
