The encoded protein is involved in several cellμLar processes, including autophagic vesicle formation, mitochondrial quality control after oxidative damage, negative regμLation of the innate antiviral immune response, lymphocyte development and proliferation, MHC II antigen presentation, adipocyte differentiation, and apoptosis.
