Troponin I (14Z15) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
Product Specifications
Background
Troponin I (TnI) is one of 3 subunits that form the troponin complex of the thin filaments of striated muscle; see also TNNI1 (MIM 191042) . The others are troponin T (TnT; see MIM 191041) and troponin C (TnC; see MIM 191040) . Troponin I is the inhibitory subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity.
