Ham's F-10 (Without Phenol Red)

Ham's F-10 Nutrient Mixture is a culture medium designed by Ham in 1963 for serum-free culture of CHO cells. Ham's F-10 contains rich nutrients and is suitable for the culture of human diploid cells, cell cloning culture under low serum conditions, normal culture of mammalian cells, chromosome analysis of leukocytes, and primary cell culture of rats, rabbits, chickens and other animals.
