Recombinant Human ZNF70 (N-6His)

Zinc Finger Protein 70 (ZNF70) is a member of the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZFN70 is localized to the cell nucleus and contains eleven C2H2-type zinc fingers. ZFN70 has sequence-specific DNA binding transcription factor activity, and it may be involved in transcriptional regulation. In addition, ZFN70 has the DNA-binding and metal-binding activity, which can bind zinc ion.

Always centrifuge tubes before opening.Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100μg/ml.Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Recombinant Human Zinc Finger Protein 70 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Leu446 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus.
