Recombinant Human CD3D&CD3E Heterodimer (C-6His)

T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3D & CD3E, also known as CD3 delta & CD3 epsilon chain, are single-pass type I membrane proteins. CD3D, together with CD3- epsilon (CD3E), CD3-gamma and CD3-zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T cell receptor-CD3 complex. T cell receptor-CD3 complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways.

Always centrifuge tubes before opening.Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Store at -70°C/-20°C, stable for 6 months after receipt.Store at ≤-70°C, stable for 3 months under sterile conditions after opening. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Recombinant Human CD3D&CD3E is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Phe22-Ala105&Asp23-Asp126 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
