CD4, Ferret (HEK293, His)

CD4 Protein, an integral membrane glycoprotein, plays a pivotal role in immune responses. In T-cells, it serves as a coreceptor for MHC class II molecules, interacting with the T-cell receptor and initiating intracellular signaling pathways. In macrophages and NK cells, CD4 contributes to differentiation, cytokine expression, and cell migration independently of TCR/LCK.
