Flow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 2-4 μg/ml. Western blotting: Recommended dilution: 1-2 μg/ml, non-reducing conditions. The antibody MEM-01 stains only the higher Mw isoform (140 kDa, migrating sometimes as a 125 kDa band) and not the lower Mw isoform (130 kDa, migrating sometimes as a 115 kDa band) .
