This antibody is specific for mouse CD27, which, as in the human system, is largely restricted to cells of the T cell lineage, and is expressed on the great majority of both aÃƒÅ½Ã‚Â² and ÃƒÅ½Ã‚Â³ÃƒÅ½Ã‚Â´ T lymphocytes, and thymocytes.
