Epitope recognized by TK8ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Å“18 is present both in dimeric and monomeric formsÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â of VAP-1. Elevated soluble VAP-1 serum- levels have been described in several inflammatory- diseases as well as colorectal cancer. TK8-14 is a function-blocking mAb.
