NHC is a pyrimidine ribonucleoside and behaves as a potent anti-virus agent. NHC effectively inhibits the replication?of venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV), Chikungunya virus (CHIKV)? and hepatitis C virus?(HCV)[1].
