Stability

Bioactivity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human pancreatic cancer cells. When 5 x 10^4 cells/well are added to recombinant human SEMA5B (Cat #: AHJ71601) coated plates, cell adhesion is enhanced in a dose dependent manner after 1 hour at 37 °C. The ED50 for this effect is 0.7‑2.8 μg/mL.
