Stability

Bioactivity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells (LS180) . When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to recombinant mouse CD62L/SELL (Cat #: AMD03301) coated plates, adhesion is induced in a dose dependent manner after a 1 hour incubation at 37 °C. The ED50 for this effect is 0.3‑1.2 μg/mL.
