Stability

Bioactivity
Measured by its ability to inhibit apoptosis on the mouse reticulum cell sarcoma macrophage cells (J774A.1) . The presence of rhCD5L (Cat #: AHA80601) inhibited rhFas Ligand induced apoptosis by 70-90%. The ED50 for this effect is 1-4 µg/mL.
