Stability

Bioactivity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human cutaneous T cell lymphoma cells (HuT 78) . When 5 x 10^4 cells/well are added to mouse MADCAM1 (Cat #: AMG54901) coated plates (10 µg/mL with 100 µL/well), approximately 80-90% will adhere after MnCl2 stimulation for 1 hour incubation at room temperature.
