MSIRK (G-Protein βγ Binding Peptide) is a cell-permeable activator of ERK 1/2 with an EC50 of 2.5-5 μM. It disrupts the interaction between the α and βγ subunits, facilitating α subunit dissociation without inducing nucleotide exchange .
