Inclacumab

Inclacumab, a humanized monoclonal IgG4 antibody (Anti-Human Selectin P Recombinant Antibody), specifically binds to P-selectin with a dissociation constant (Kd) of 9.9 nM. It effectively prevents the interaction between P-selectin and P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (PSGL-1) mimetic peptide, with a half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 1.9 µg/mL, and robustly impedes cell adhesion .
