It reduces neuronal excitability.Bisabolone oxide A inhibits α glucokinase and has been shown to inhibit α glucokinase in Helicoverpa armigera, Aedes vittatus, and Anopheles subpictus larvae and showed biotoxicity in Helicoverpa armigera, Aedes vittatus and Anopheles subpictus larvae experiments.
