BMS-986260 demonstrated functional activity in multiple TGFβ-dependent cellular assays, excellent kinome selectivity, favorable pharmacokinetic properties, and curative in vivo efficacy in combination with anti-PD-1 antibody in murine colorectal cancer (CRC) models.
