Canine Fas Ligand (TNFSF6) ELISA

Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined. This allows for complete flexibility to provide optimal dynamic range and sensitivity based on your sample type. The Canine Fas Ligand ELISA can also be used to measure Dingo, and Red Fox Fas Ligand.
