Canine IL-2 ELISA

The Canine IL-2 ELISA contains capture antibody, standard, and detection antibody for development of a Canine IL-2 ELISA. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISA with the standard provided. Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined. This allows for complete flexibility to provide optimal dynamic range and sensitivity based on your sample type. The Canine IL-2 ELISA can also be used to measure Arctic Fox, Dingo, Raccoon Dog, and Red Fox IL-2. The quantities of components provided are not matched. Components may also be purchased separately.
