Mix-n-Stain™ CF®543 Antibody Labeling Kit
Mix-n-Stain™ CF®543 Antibody Labeling Kit is an orange fluorescent dye with absorption and emission maxima at 541 and 560 nm, respectively. Unlike traditional rhodamine dyes, CF®543 is not only bright and photostable but also highly water-soluble. As a result, CF®543 antibody conjugates retain excellent solubility and yield the brightest fluorescence among antibody conjugates prepared from spectrally similar dyes.Mix-n-Stain™ antibody labeling kitsare a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label your primary antibody with biotin or one of our superior CF®dyes in 30 minutes without the need for a purification step.
