Mix-n-Stain™ CF®514 Antibody Labeling Kit is an alternative green fluorescent dye that can be imaged using the same settings as CF®488A or FITC. When imaged using instruments capable of spectral imaging, CF®514 can be distinguished from CF®488A using linear unmixing software.Mix-n-Stain™ antibody labeling kitsare a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label your primary antibody with biotin or one of our superior CF®dyes in 30 minutes without the need for a purification step.
