Mix-n-Stain™ CF®405L Antibody Labeling Kit is an orange fluorescent dye spectrally similar to Pacific Orange®. CF®405L and CF®405M dye conjugates can be simultaneously excited at 405 nm and emitted at 452 nm and 546 nm respectively to facilitate two-color analysis by flow cytometry.Mix-n-Stain™ antibody labeling kitsare a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label your primary antibody with biotin or one of our superior CF®dyes in 30 minutes without the need for a purification step.
