CXCL9, Human
GoldBio growth factors are manufactured for RESEARCH USE ONLY and cannot be sold for human consumption!Recombinant Human Chemokine (C-X-C motif) Ligand 9 (CXCL9) ]Monokine Induced by Gamma-Interferon (MIG) Cytokine Responsive Gene 10 (CRG10) Small Inducible Cytokine Subfamily B Member 9 (SCYB9) HumigCXCL9 is a CXC chemokine lacking the ELR motif. It is expressed in and secreted by macrophages, epithelial cells, and other cell types after induction by IFN-gamma. It is chemotactic for stimulated T-cell lymphocytes and plays a role in T-cell activation, angiostasis, inhibition of neovascularization, and inhibition of hematopoietic progenitor cells. CXCL9 is most closely related to CXCL10 and CXCL11, all three of which are ligands for CXCLR3.Sterile Filtered White lyophilized powder. Purified and tested for use in cell culture.Source:Escherichia coliMW: ~11.7 kDa (103 amino acids) Purity: >97% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysesBiological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity determined by a chemotaxis bioassay using human peripheral blood T-lymphocytes is in a concentration range of 10-100 ng/ml.
