GoldBio growth factors are manufactured for RESEARCH USE ONLY and cannot be sold for human consumption!Recombinant Human Chemokine (C-X-C motif) Ligand 10 (CXCL10) Cytokine Responsive Gene 2 (CRG2) Small Inducible Cytokine Subfamily B Member 10 (SCYB10) Interferon Gamma Inducible Protein 10, (IP10, INP10) CXCL10 is a CXC chemokine lacking the ELR motif. It is expressed in and secreted by monocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and other cell types after induction by IFN-gamma. It is chemotactic for monocytes and T-cell lymphocytes. CXCL10 plays a role in angiostasis, inhibits bone marrow colony formation, and promotes T-cell adhesion to endothelial cells. Increased expression of CXCL10 and CXCR3 is also associated with autoimmune myasthenia gravis. CXCL10 also exhibits antimicrobial properties against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is closely related to CXCL9 and CXCL11, all three of which are ligands for CXCLR3.Sterile Filtered White lyophilized powder. Purified and tested for use in cell culture.Source:Escherichia coliMW: ~8.6 kDa (77 amino acids) Purity: >97% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysesBiological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity determined by a chemotaxis bioassay using human peripheral blood T-lymphocytes is in a concentration range of 10-50 ng/ml.
