CCL7, Murine
GoldBio growth factors are manufactured for RESEARCH USE ONLY and cannot be sold for human consumption!Recombinant Murine Chemokine (C-C motif) Ligand 7 (CCL7) Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein 3 (MCP3, MCP-3) Small Inducible Cytokine Subfamily A Member 7 (SCYA7) Fibroblast-Inducible Cytokine (FIC) Mast Cell Activation-Related Chemokine (MARC) Murine CCL7 is a chemokine containing four conserved cysteine residues, of which the first two are adjacent. It was first isolated from murine mast cells stimulated by IgE interacting with an antigen and is expressed and secreted by T cells, monocytes, macrophages, and a variety of tumor cell lines. Expression is induced by IFNG and inhibited by IL13. CCL7 is chemotactic for monocytes, macrophages, eosinophils, and NK cells and regulates protease secretion by macrophages which may contribute to metastasis of cancer cells. CCL7 is a ligand primarily for CCR2, but also for CCR1, CCR3, CCR10, and ACKR2 (D6) .Sterile Filtered White lyophilized powder. Purified and tested for use in cell culture.Source:Escherichia coliMW: ~8.5 kDa (74 amino acids) Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysesBiological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity determined by a chemotaxis bioassay using human monocytes is in a concentration of 100-300 ng/ml.
