FITC-Lithocholic acid 3-sulfate (FITC-Sulfolithocholic acid) is a FITC-labeled Lithocholic acid 3-sulfate, which is a sulfated biliary metabolite. Lithocholic acid 3-sulfate selectively inhibits Th17 cell differentiation by targeting RORγt. Lithocholic acid 3-sulfate can be used for the research of pathogenesis of cholestatic liver diseases[1].
