Recombinant MORF4L2 Monoclonal Antibody

The MRGX protein is a component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex. It alters the interaction between nucleosomes and DNA byacetylating histones H4 and H2A, thereby facilitating the interaction between modified histones and other proteins that positively regulatetranscription. It plays an important role in selective gene transcription activation. In addition, the MRGX protein is also a component of theMSIN3A complex, where it inhibits transcription by deacetylating histones.
