Recombinant VPAC1 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Specifications
Background
VPAC1 is the receptor for vasoactive intestinal peptides. This small neuropeptide is involved in regulating smooth muscle relaxation, the water and ion flux of the lung and intestinal epithelium, promoting neuron growth and survival, and regulating immune function. The activity of VPAC1 is regulated by G protein. VPAC1 interacts with citrulline nucleotide binding protein-related membrane receptors to activate adenate cyclase.
