Dopamine Decarboxylase antibody is specific immunolabeling of the ~55k DDC protein in Western blots of rat adrenal medulla.

Applications Notes

Applications include Dot Blots (DB) and Western Blots (WB) . Recognizes DDC in rat adrenal medulla and caudate. When internally tested under ideal conditions the working dilutions were 1:1000 for DB and WB.
