Applications Notes

Perforin antibody can be used for detection of horse Perforin by western blot. This product also recognizes human, mouse, rat, sheep, goat and monkey apoPerforin. Method: Cell extracts from the T cell clone B6.1 (2x106) were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with the CE2.10 antibody at 1 μ g/mL. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to mouse IgG (SBA) and a chemiluminescence detection system.
