CD38 Antibody [90]
Product Specifications
Background
The 90 monoclonal antibody specifically bind to mouse CD38, a type II transmembrane glycoprotein. CD38 is expressed on activated T cells, plasma cells, monocytes, and macrophages. In the mouse as opposed to the human, CD38 expression is downregulated on mouse germinal center B cells and plasma cells. CD38 displays cyclase and hydrolase enzymatic activity and is involved in lymphocyte adhesion, activation, and cell signaling. Its ligand is CD31.
