Specificity

Recognizes human decorin. A small secreted chondroitin/dermatan sulfate proteoglycan, with a molecular weight of 90-140 kD. Decorin is a component of connective tissue, binds to type I collagen fibrils, and plays a role in matrix assembly.

Decorin antibody can be used in immunohistochemistry starting at 10 μ g/mL.
