Please note that, in contrast to other anti-Pericentrin antibodies available, this ab is NOT expected to recognize Kendrin (also known as Pericentrin 2) . This may explain why it recognizes a 75KDa band (the expected size according to NP_079120) and not a 220kDa band (as reported for other anti-pericentrin antibodies) .
