TL-1A Antibody (biotin)

TL1A is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. It is a TNF like ligand for DR3 and TR6/DcR3 and functions as a T cell costimulator. TL1A is abundantly expressed in endothelial cells, but is not expressed in either B or T cells. The expression of this protein is inducible by TNF and IL 1 alpha. TL1A can activate NF kappa B and MAP kinases, and acts as an autocrine factor to induce apoptosis in endothelial cells and may function as an angiogenesis inhibitor. TL1A is a longer variant of TL1.

Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hTL-1A. Human TL-1A specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

TL-1A antibody is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20˚ C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-8˚ C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when stored at -20˚ C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
