Background

SIL1 is a resident endoplasmic reticulum (ER), N-linked glycoprotein with an N-terminal ER targeting sequence, 2 putative N-glycosylation sites, and a C-terminal ER retention signal. This protein functions as a nucleotide exchange factor for another unfolded protein response protein. Applications Notes

SIL1 antibody can be used for detection of SIL1 by ELISA at 1:62500. SIL1 antibody can be used for detection of SIL1 by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
