RPL30 Antibody

Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPL30 is a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L30E family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store RPL30 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

RPL30 antibody can be used for detection of RPL30 by ELISA at 1:312500. RPL30 antibody can be used for detection of RPL30 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
