GCM1 Antibody

GCM1 is a DNA-binding protein with a gcm-motif (glial cell missing motif) . The encoded protein is a homolog of the Drosophila glial cells missing gene (gcm) . This protein binds to the GCM-motif (A/G) CCCGCAT, a novel sequence among known targets of DNA-binding proteins. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store GCM1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

GCM1 antibody can be used for detection of GCM1 by ELISA at 1:312500. GCM1 antibody can be used for detection of GCM1 by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
