YWHAH Antibody

The YWHAH gene product belongs to the 14-3-3 family of proteins which mediate signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins. This highly conserved protein family is found in both plants and mammals, and this protein is 99% identical to the mouse, rat and bovine orthologs. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store YWHAH antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

YWHAH antibody can be used for detection of YWHAH by ELISA at 1:1562500. YWHAH antibody can be used for detection of YWHAH by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
