ETFB Antibody

ETFB is the electron-transfer-flavoprotein, beta polypeptide, which shuttles electrons between primary flavoprotein dehydrogenases involved in mitochondrial fatty acid and amino acid catabolism and the membrane-bound electron transfer flavoprotein ubiquinone oxidoreductase. The gene deficiencies have been implicated in type II glutaricaciduria. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ETFB antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ETFB antibody can be used for detection of ETFB by ELISA at 1:1562500. ETFB antibody can be used for detection of ETFB by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
